My wellness journey:

Several years ago, I found myself grappling with persistent lower back pain. During this challenging period, a dear friend managed to convince me to attend a yoga class. Little did I know that this single decision would catalyze a profound transformation in my life. Not only did my lower back pain dissipate, but I also shed excess weight, and, most importantly, I began experiencing a newfound sense of well-being and self-assuredness.

The journey didn't stop there. I embarked on a continuous path of self-improvement, incorporating yoga into my daily routine, delving into the practice of meditation, adopting a healthier approach to nutrition, and enrolling in various wellness courses over the years. These transformative experiences awakened a deep passion within me: the desire to guide and support others on their own wellness journeys.

With over two decades of personal experience in yoga and eight years as a dedicated yoga instructor, I have honed my expertise in the field. My commitment to growth led me to attain certification as a Health & Wellness Coach, a Qigong Practitioner, and a Sound Healer.
